Postage & Packing is now charged at actual cost plus £3.00 handling when paying by Credit Card or PayPal, with a minimum charge of £3.66.

With regret, we had a price increase from the 1st January 2011.

Whitemetal has risen in price by some 90% over the past 6 months and we are no longer able to absorb the increases. VAT will also rise to 20% on the 1st January 2011 for UK and EU customers.

CERTAIN POSTAL SERVICES WILL ALSO BE LIABLE TO VAT FROM 31st January 2011.

Exchange rates fluctuate daily. As a guide only, £1.00 = $1.55 = €1.20 as at 23/03/11.

We have receved several orders recently from EC customers where the Town has been omitted - please ensure that your FULL address is given on the order.

If paying by cheque, the postage shown on the order will apply. [VAT applies to UK & EEC orders].

Small orders (under £15.00) have a special rate.

Any excess postage paid when using PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account.

"Retail only" means we cannot supply these items to the trade with normal trade discounts..

Long items, like track, can no longer be sent abroad by Royal Mail and will have to be sent by Parcel Force or an International carrier in future. This service is more expensive and postage/carriage will be charged accordingly.

NOTE: If the track is cut to 85cm and 15cm it can be sent by Small Packet service.

Hard-copy catalogues INCLUDE post & packing in the price.

While we try to keep everything in stock, we cannot guarantee that an item is always available as we are in the hands of outside suppliers in many instances. We will deliver what we can and backorder items not in stock.

PLEASE NOTE: If there is no 'order button' we are out of stock of that item - please do not order it by e-mail.

Channel Islands: UK VAT will not be charged on these sales, even though it may appear on your shopping cart..

RETURNS:-

We will replace or refund the cost of any faulty or damaged item.
